a Card Bring identification that shows your current address in West Hollywood (driver's license, California ID card, Mexican or Argentine Consular/consulate identification card). If you are using other identification that shows your current address, such as a utility bill or other bill, personal check, bank statement, vehicle registration, government issued medical ID card, student/employee/store picture ID, pay stub, passport, alien registration card you must bring two of them. Your card entitles you to library service at any of the 88 County of Los Angeles Public Libraries and bookmobiles located throughout Los Angeles County. Information on your library card is confidential and library cards are not transferable. Please bring your card with you if you expect to check out material or sign up for the Internet. More Our catalog is on the Internet and can be accessed from our webpage at www.colapublib.org/libs/whollywood. You can place requests online and access your account to view what you have out. Contact the Library to obtain a Personal Identification Number [PIN] to access your account online. Our three bookdrops are open 24 hours a day. DVDs, videos, CDs, magazines, and cassettes can be placed in the bookdrops. Materials returned in the bookdrops when the library is closed will be credited as being returned on the previous open day. You can renew material over the phone if there is no waiting list for that title. You can also book computer time over the phone. Your child's library material supervision is your privilege and responsibility. You can request titles in our catalog that are not housed at our library. Ask staff for details. We provide access to the Internet and computer programs. Registration is handled at the Circulation Desk (children under 18 years old will require parent or legal guardian's signature) and appointments are made at the Information Desk. Your responsibility is to return material on time and in good condition. We appreciate it when you rewind videos. So does the next customer. Keep all receipts as proof of payment. Serving you is our priority. For ADA accommodation, such as a sign language interpreter or materials in alternative format, call (310) 830-0231 (Voice) or (310) 830-4532 (TTY) Monday through Friday 8 am -5 pm at least six business days prior to event/meeting.
